Pennsylvania Supreme Court Denies Mumia Abu-Jamal's Appeal

Dear Friends: I predicted that a state decision soon would be rendered soon in Mumia's state case. It has now occurred. The Penn. Sup. Ct. has denied all relief in Commonwealth v. Abu-Jamal, No. 364 CAP. A copy can be obtained from the court's website, which is:
